徒歩5分以内にカフェ、レストラン、アジア系スーパー、Coles、IGA、フィッシュマーケット、公園などがあり、とても便利で安全な場所です。

隣の部屋には、きれい好きでマナーの良いエクアドル出身のカップルが住んでいます。


家賃は週300ドルで、光熱費込みです。
入居時に2週間分のボンドと2週間分の家賃を前払いでお願いします。
退去の際は2週間前にお知らせください。

Hi!
We are looking for a new flatmate to share our apartment near Novotel Darling Harbour. The apartment is about 10–15 minutes’ walk to the city and only 3 minutes to the light rail station. It’s very easy to go to Chinatown and Central Station.

There are cafes, restaurants, Asian supermarkets, Coles, IGA, parks, and the Fish Market within 5 minutes’ walk. It’s a very safe and convenient location.

You will share the unit with a friendly and tidy Ecuadorian couple in the other room.

The rent is $300 per week, including all bills.
We ask for 2 weeks' bond and 2 weeks’ rent in advance.
When leaving, please give 2 weeks’ notice.
