シティまでは徒歩10〜15分、ライトレールの駅までは徒歩3分で、チャイナタウンやセントラル駅へもアクセスが便利です。

徒歩5分以内にカフェ、レストラン、アジア系スーパー、Coles、IGA、フィッシュマーケット、公園などがあり、とても便利で安全な場所です。

アパートは2ベッドルームで、各部屋に2人ずつ住む形です（リビングシェアはありません）。家の中はいつも清潔に保たれています。

隣の部屋には、きれい好きでマナーの良いエクアドル出身のカップルが住んでいます。

お部屋にはクイーンベッド、スマートテレビ、机、ナイトテーブル、ビルトインクローゼット、専用バスルームがあります。

家賃は週580ドルで、光熱費込みです。
入居時に2週間分のボンドと2週間分の家賃を前払いでお願いします。
退去の際は2週間前にお知らせください。

Hi!
We are looking for a new flatmate to share our apartment near Novotel Darling Harbour. The apartment is about 10–15 minutes’ walk to the city and only 3 minutes to the light rail station. It’s very easy to go to Chinatown and Central Station.

There are cafes, restaurants, Asian supermarkets, Coles, IGA, parks, and the Fish Market within 5 minutes’ walk. It’s a very safe and convenient location.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, and 2 people will share each room (no living room share). The place is always clean.

You will share the unit with a friendly and tidy Ecuadorian couple in the other room.

Your room has a queen bed, smart TV, desk, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, and a private bathroom.

The rent is $580 per week, including all bills.
We ask for 2 weeks' bond and 2 weeks’ rent in advance.
When leaving, please give 2 weeks’ notice.
