-All bills included(electricity, gass,internet, water even toilet paper)

-It has big sunny windows and very warm during the winter.

-Minumum stay two months.

There are three females one professional male are living in the house currently,  We don t smoke, only social drinkers, no crazy parties,no strangers around, nobody sleeping in the living room,no pet,respectful,clean, very quite&friendly atmosphere to study or take rest after work,just like a family house.The best thing is you will live in the middle of trendy Newtown that has surrounded by coffee shops, restaurants, theaters etc.
