All bills (gas, electricity, water, strata) are included except wifi at the moment. Price will be changed from July as wifi will be connected and a living room will be fully furnished in June.

· From July:
For a main room, two girls ($170ppw) or a single female ($300pw)
For the second room, a single female ($270)
