$220 per week per person. All bills included (electricity, gas, super fast FTTB Internet).

A 2 weeks bond and a 2 weeks rent in advance are required to move in + $150 for making your own swipe card (it’s a master swipe card not a copy one and you will pay this fee to the building not to me).

NO minimum stay !!! But 2 weeks notice before moving out.
