- Desk/Chair/Bookshelve/Double sized bed/ 2 x key will be provided

- Bill (Incl. Internet) is included in rent

- Min 2 weeks of notice will be required

- Each member of the unit will share the clceaning duties for the common area

- No smoking/No pet please

- Currently shared by Japanese / Koreans
