We have a room in our family home in Marrickville

House is a few minutes walk to train station (12 minutes trip to Central Station) and in a very peaceful setting

You will have your own bathroom and toilet, and are welcome to use all facilities including appliances.

Can accept a couple, or two friends, and rent is negotiable - more concerned about finding the right person or people who can look after the family home (No parties, clean and tidy)
