I am a 35yo tidy, clean and IT professional, prefer to socialise out and come home to a peaceful, quiet and relaxing environment. I am looking for a flat mate who is financially secure and will keep the place reasonably clean and tidy. Not a party house.


The Apartment is located on level 1 in a boutique block on a quiet/leafy street and newly renovated. Furnished private room is available with a built-in wardrobe, drawers, double size mattress and carpet.


There is all-day parking on the street if you have a car.


5 mins walk to the Waverton train station, 10 mins walk to Crows Nest shops/restaurants, easy access to North Sydney, City, Chatswood...

Rent is $300 pw electricty bill (shared by 3)
