And would like to stay with different nationalities

our traditional brick house is located in a quiet street.
it's only 300m to westfield and Burwood park, where can jogging and picnic there! 650m to the station, it takes about 15-20mins to CBD by train. Every 5-10mins a train goes to city

*sorry, no pets
*NO heater/air-con
*EVERY ONE share the cleaning jobs

*tidy, clean up the area after yourself
*throw the rubbish/kitchen waste away
*respect to the others and mature
*non smoker
*be quiet after 22:00

【about the rent】
*room 1, $230 available from 30th, prefer Female
*room 2, $210 available now, anyone gender
(extra bed could be removed)
*2 weeks bond(1 week deposit is required)
*pay by fortnight
*including bills (but overused shared by EVERY ONE)
*2 weeks leaving notice
*min. stay is 3 months
