It is a large bedroom that faces west, on the last floor of the building with plenty of natural light.
The bedroom is fully furnished with : large bed (not in the picture yet) sheets, small work table, chair, and a large inbuilt cuboard.
To share is the kitchen and bathroom. There is no living room, as it has been transformed into my office and room.
The building is very quite, and centraly located ,close to public transport , 8 mins walk to North Sydney station, 8 min walk to Waverton station.
Aldi and coles supermarket are10 min walk to North Sydney.
8 minute train ride into CBD, or 20 minute walk across the Harbour Bridge ☺
Laundry facilities on site.
This room would idealy suit a quiet travellor, student, intern, or visitor to Sydney short term looking for a quiet place for a couple of months while in Sydney.
I work from home all day long, so I am in most of the times. I am a french speaking, roaring forties female, in a creative enterprise, on a one year stay in Sydney as well.
