The room is furnished, and all appliances in the unit are common. We have a flatmate(full time working lady) stay in living room as well, So total 5 people if you are 2 people or a couple. Not all pets are allowed. Quiet and non-party people are preferred. There are a gym, swimming pool, and sauna in the apartment.
