Perfect location in front of Darling harbour with many nice bars, restaurants and shopping centre. Also at proximity you can find a Coles, convenient stores, cafés, etc.

Acces to many buses and the trainway station which is right in front of the building (2mins away from Central Station).
8mins walk to the CBD.
1min walk to an aquatic center (in front of the building).

We also request a minimum of 3 months stay/2 weeks bond and 3 weeks minimum leaving notice before moving out.
