It is 200m from St Leonards Station and there is a bus stop within walking distance which can take you to the city (290), Macquarie Uni(290)

The house is very clean and newly furnished with no previous tenants. The garden is also maintained regularly with a beautiful scenic view from all rooms onto the bush backing.

We are looking for tenants to accommodate the following rooms who meet the following criteria:
- Non-smoker
- Student (Gender: Female)
- No pets
