We are a group of Asians students working in a daytime then come back at night. Busy hours are 8 am-9 am and 10 pm-11 pm which we do not allow you to sleep in the bathroom, after this all yours.
This house is clean and quiet as we keep it clean regularly also we have a cleaner who comes every fortnight. finish your meal, washing and take rubbish out, garbage chute just next to our unit that's all.
Regular rules applied and it simple. Just considerate of your roommates, don't do a weird thing at till nights like washing, drying or barbecuing!
Our last roommate from Malaysia ?? she with us till she finished her college, no problem. We also accepted Thai, Laos ??, ?? Myanmar, China ??, Brazil ??, Ukraine ??
We do not limit to any country, just come and check it.

The great thing is this building is very strict and serious about living overcrowded. That's why you have only four roommates. Also, this building located in the heart of Sydney, church, school, station, shopping, everything is not far from your place.
