オウンのキッチン、バスルーム、洗濯機、家具が付いてきます。
二階にはフレンドリーなオーストラリア人のカップルとメス猫が１匹住んでいます。
禁煙者を希望します。

One bedroom ground floor studio for rent

Situated on the beach at Peregian Beach.

We are looking for a someone or couple to sub let our ground floor beach house/studio with private beach access (two level house with another couple with a cute female cat living upstairs).

We’re looking for a mature person or couple non smoker. No pet please.

Who is extremely respectful and trustworthy.
The residents of this house all work and or study.

Rent is $330 per week.
Bond is $500
