DESCRIPTION:

Twin room available for a couple or two friends in very clean and tidy apartment in the heart of the city - 10 minutes walk to Central and Broadway shopping center; 5 to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Paddy's Market and Woolworths.

THE APARTMENT:

The apartment has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 fridges, aircon, laundry facilities and 2 huge terraces, one of which with a BBQ and outdoor dining table.

HOUSEMATES: We are all between 26 and 35 years old, all from different countries (Argentinian, Korean, Italian, Colombian), so perfect to practice your English in a clean and relaxed environment. We all work and study, so quietness at night and no parties are ground rules.

The weekly rate is $220 per person. This includes all bills (water, electricity, NBN unlimited internet). 2 weeks bond required.
