Looking for a flatmate in a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment in Docklands, Melbourne – you will have your own room!
About me and you : Hi! I’m Katie, working full time in IT. I have been sharing a flat for many years, (with many amazing Japanese girls) therefore I know how to respect other’s privacy. Ideally looking for a considerate female working full time or student who is tidy and respectful.
You will have your own large room which is fully furnished with a double-sized bed and a big mirrored wardrobe. Also I can get you a desk and a chair if needed. The room gets plenty of natural light but also there are blinds in case you want to have some sleep in the morning without sunlight :)
About the apartment: The apartment offers a large living area with a TV and couch, and a large balcony with awesome views. Also includes a bathroom with deep relaxing bath and separate shower, separate European style laundry, ducted air-conditioning/heating throughout. The kitchen has plenty of space for cooking with dishwasher, rice cooker, microwave, air fryer and more. You will share the entire apartment only with me.
You will have full access to the health club featuring indoor heated lap pool and fully equipped gymnasium.

Location wise it is within a few meters to the Docklands Central Pier free tram stop– free tram services are available on your doorstep. City, Southern Cross Station, Woolworths and Asian markets are only within a short walk. Building is right next to the beautiful waterfront!
Move in date is flexible and minimum stay is 3 months. $280 per week including unlimited fast internet.
