- 7 min walking to Darling Harbour
- 10 min walking to Broadway Shopping Center (Kmart, Aldi, Target and more)
- Short walk to the best parks in the city.

Shared Bedroom with a balcony, 3 people total. Toilet with laundry room, kitchen with 2 big fridges, spacious living room with a balcony and a smart tv. Fast WiFi in every area of the flat.

Building has a great ??Gym, ?‍♀️sauna, ?Spa/Hot tub, ?‍♂️swimming pool, ?study room, ?games room, and a safe garage for your bicycles?.
