The unit is all the way very clean and nice. It has very relaxing atmosphere. It’s suitable for people looking for comfortable place to live in.

The unit has an internal laundry with brand new front loader washing machine.

The building is 5 mins walking distance to Town Hall Station, 2 minutes to Darling Harbour, 10 mins to World Square shopping centre, 5-10 mins to Event cinema. The building is surrounded by alot of nice, reasonably priced cafes, bars, restaurants just at doorstep.
The building itself has Gym, Intercom, heated swimming pool, Gymnasium Sauna, spa, table tennis etc. for free to use.
High security is in place in the building. It’s a very safe place to live in.
Rent is $390 for one person with all the bills included. (rent is paid 2 weeks in advance)
There is 2 weeks bond, $150 fee for private key card. The place is available now. . First come first served applies.
