I have two spare rooms that are furnished but am only looking for one person to move in.
Own bathroom, heaps of space, complex has parking and is close to bus stops and train stations. Also have a private study area with a desk.

One of the spare rooms has a large TV, happy for you to use as your own lounge room.

Located in Boondall, north Brisbane, nit far from the airport.

I'm a hospitality operations manager for a Cafe and some bars, I work full time Monday to Friday.
