This is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with 6 residents in total. ( Now: 1 Jp, 1 Columbian, 4 Kr )
The room is furnished with a queen bed and a desk set, and the apartment offers a clean, comfortable living space.

Rent and Bond:
• If 1 person : $420 per week (all included),
• If 2 people : $260 per person, per week (all included)
• Bond: $500 per person
• Payment terms: 4-week rent cycle, 2-week notice, minimum stay of 3 months

Move-in Date:
• July 29th
