- if 1 person moving in, $1,720 every 4 weeks (=$430 per week) + $500 bond
(the rent can be paid every 2 weeks if preferred)

*This is not a scam – I have had tens of Japanese tenants over last a few years, who have come to my flats and left with wonderful memory. Feel free to ask on inspection, and I will call them on the spot, so they can describe things about the flat in your language :)
