you will have pleasant big new bed, big mirror and make up table, wardrobe(closet), lots of drawers, study desk, fan, nice window, lundry dryer...etc everything you need will compacted in this very furnitured own roon :)  And electricity bill, unlimited internet, laundry, rice, tissue papers are all included in 170$/week ! Of course your room and this house keys are provided. And no one live in living room. Must be ideal place for you ! 

3 rooms all 4 people living in this unit including you.

House is located in Ashfield which is near to all the shopping center by walk within 5min you can go woolworth,coles,banks, post  office, medical centres, Ashfield library..etc

Especially it takes within 1 minute to come home from Ashfield train station and the locals living here so that even if it's late night time, it's Really safe for woman =)  Since 10th of Februry 2014 is available.
