Hello. We are Korean couple looking for one Asian lady.

A comfortable and extremly clean home(no bugs, spiders, mosquitoes etc) that is also in a convenient location. There is currently a living room (U can think of this living room like a studio with door) available for one clean and tidy lady. This room is available from 25 February.

Price is only 120 a week all bills included (gas, internet and electricity). *You will live with one couple and two ladies in a master room in this house. (all Asians).


 1. This is a living room with a nice bed, big wardrobe, desk and chair (Not sharing with anyone in this place).

-Washing machine is available anytime.
 -Huge balcony relaxing environment. 

2. Bond 2 weeks. 2 weeks in advance ,2 weeks notice before moving out.

3. Just in 3 min to walk for Artarmon station, convenience store, post office, bank, market, restaurant, park and so on. (also you can get only 2 mins to Chastwood and St leonards, 15 mins to City)
