House is 5 minute walk to St Peter's train stations, 2 mins walk to Sydney park.
Buses at front door that go to Bondi Junction or coggee and the city;
10 mins walking to newtown. huge array of cafes, pubs, restaurants, shops, Sydney Uni, and UTS;
3 Weeks bond + 2 weeks rent in advance;
