The master bedroom has it's own terrace and can be taken as a single for $365pw. Ideally I would like someone who is willing to co-sign the lease, but this is not necessary. The house is semi furnished, however if there is any furniture etc that you would like to bring that would be great too.

You will be living with me a 2nd year Medical Student with a passion for health, nutrition and languages (so you will get extra bonus points if you are Portuguese, Japanese, Spanish, Italian or French speaking, and half bonus points for any other language ;p). I am generally at Uni until about 9pm 5-6 nights a week studying, but I like to be social on the down times and the weekends. I would like people who also are quiet during the week and more social on the weeknights.
