PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO A STUDENT, AND THIS LOCATION IS IDEAL FOR UTS STUDENT (LITERALLY A MINUTE WALK TO CAMPUS)

YOU WILL BE SHARING THE ROOM ONLY WITH A KOREAN UTS STUDENT (TOTAL 2 PEOPLE IN THE ROOM).

YOU WILL HAVE YOUR OWN REGULAR SIZE STUDY DESK, WARDROBE, BOOK SHELVES AND OTHER AMENITIES.

THE ROOM HAS A SMALL BALCONY, YOU WILL ENJOY THE  FRESH AIR.
