家主のIANは写真家兼映画の仕事をしています。料理とワインが好きで、たくさん遊び、働き、家は不在のことが多いため、プライベートな時間を十分に持つ事もできます。また、ローカルコミュニティーと結びつきが強いので、徹底的に英語環境に身を置きたい!!という方にはこれ以上にない良い条件です。

ガスコンロ、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、必要な家具は全てあります。またアパートの一階には大きな倉庫があり、アウトドアに屋根付きの洗濯干しエリアもあります。

そして一番の売りはビーチまで徒歩１５７歩！！波の音と共に目が覚める…なんてこともあります。

フレンドリーで英語でコミュニケーションがとれる方、整理整頓ができるなど、常識のある方を募集しています。

( in Film and Photography). But when home likes to enjoy beach life, A glass of Natural wine , Cooking up a feast and relaxing with a dinner party or two. - I like to party but not at home :)
The room and living space work very much as a 'Home share' environment but you do have lots of private space and time. If you smoke please try to smoke outside. Im relaxed about it.

'This really is one of the best times of the year for Bronte beach' both for Surf and tranquility.
Would suit a respectful clean and happy beach lover. That is working! If your clean and tidy and not too loud ' that enjoys music, film and art you would be perfect.
There is a massive storage area and covered Laundry.
Outside dinning space and wood-fired BBQ Pit. A Green and verdant veranda.

The house is fully furnished with homely period decor and details. - The book shelf contains Vinyl records and vintage National Geographic ' ( do you get the picture ??) -
The Building is a small brick apartment from 1910. Everyone in the apartment building is friendly and old mates.
