Scots English College is a newly-established ELICOS College located in the Sydney CBD. We aim to provide high quality English education in Australia to overseas students of different ages who want to come to Australia to study or work. We currently offer five different English courses including General English (GE), IELTS Examination Preparation, English for Academic Purposes (EAP), Cambridge Examination Preparation and PTE Examination Preparation. We are currently seeking a quick-learner for this Administration Assistant/Receptionist Internship position. The Intern will provide administrative support at the Head Office (Liverpool St) and help the marketing team to increase student intake. You will report to the Director and Marketing Director. This role is highly recommended for higher education graduates or students looking for an opportunity to expose to the work culture in Sydney. The Intern duration is three months (fixed term contract) with an immediate start.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:


Provide administrative support
Handling phone calls and inquiries
Data entry, typing & preparation of documents and correspondence
Preparing reports for marketing
Helping the marketing team increase student intake through social media marketing


Requirements:


Minimum IELTS 7.0
Fluent in both Chinese and English
Knowledge of Social Media Marketing (e.g. WeChat)
Available Mon-Fri from 9am - 5pm


Allowances: an allowance of $10 every working day.

Also, a certificate will be provided at the end of the internship.

No student visa please, only visa holders with full-time work rights
