Implementation Consultant

 

The AppNexus Implementation Consultant is responsible for engaging with our clients post-sales to develop and execute a project plan that will enable our customers to be amazingly successful at running their business on our enterprise software platform. This entails managing an implementation and consulting with customers so that they achieve their objectives and capitalize on the vast new possibilities created by programmatic advertising.

 

This role is perfect for someone who has a strong entrepreneurial spirit, a quantitatively-oriented degree (of any variety), and who thrives in an analytical, technically-oriented, consultative role.

 

About the job:


Become a product and domain expert and share that expertise with customers as their trusted advisors in navigating the world of programmatic advertising
Deeply understand our customer’s business to consult on how to best leverage the possibilities offered by the AppNexus platform
Analyze campaign and publisher performance and offer recommendations or architect solution designs for improvement
Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Account Management to identify opportunities to increase business growth and adoption of the AppNexus platform
Implement our latest product offering with customers, identifying product issues and provide feedback to Product Management
Tenaciously troubleshoot product issues and rally internal resources as needed to resolve customer issues

Receive mentorship and help build our services practice in Asia, including developing training material, customer facing assets, and internal resources


 

About your skills: 


3-5 years of work experience and a quantitative degree
Ability to speak Japanese fluently. 
Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
Outstanding communication, presentation and organizational skills; process-oriented, yet entrepreneurial
Demonstrable passion for learning advertising technology solutions including, online media buying/selling, DSP and SSP business models and platforms
