We are looking for Wait Staff and Takeaway Sales Staff for sydney branches(Japanese restaurant).

All the applicants must have legal work permit in Australia.

1. Position - Wait Staff and Takeaway Sales Staff

2. Start date - Immediately

3. Nature of employment

a. Part-time - 20 to 25 hours per week

b. 9 am to 3 or 4 pm from Mon to Fri (non-negotiable)

4. Salary or hourly rate

- Legal wage rate for F&B attendant (depending on work performance)

5. Requirements

a. Customer-oriented, friendly and professional service-minded

b. Responsible and reliable, willing to solve any problems,adaptable to any environment

c. Ability to build good relationships with colleagues and customers and ensure mutual satisfaction

d. Must be able to work with others as a team

e. Positive attitude to respect the culture of the company

f. Fluent in English, any knowledge of Japanese cuisine

6. Essential experience and qualifications

a. Experience: At least 2 years experience in a similar role

(e.g.Wait staff, All rounder)

b. Qualification: Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate

7. Desirable experience and qualifications

a. Experience: Experience in leading a small team or working at Japanese cuisine restaurant

b. Qualification: Certificate in hospitality or similar qualification, IELTS overall 5.0

8. Responsibilities

- Wait Staff

a. Show customers to their seats and present our variety of menu options

b. Attend to the tables and guarantee compliance to cleanliness standards

c. Work diligently to achieve outstanding service quality

d. Advising on the best food and drink choices for each customer and answering questions

e. Taking orders and delivering them to the table deftly and accurately

f. Check the quality of the final servings and solve any issues

g. Responsible for opening and closing the restaurant

h. General cleaning and organizing the whole venue

i. Presenting bills and accepting payments

j. Work with other staff as a team

 

- Takeaway Sales Staff

a.Selling takeaway items

b.Preparation for takeaway section

c.Packing and displaying items

d.Helping out at the bar to prepare for the drinks

e.General cleaning and organizing the takeaway section

f.Presenting bills and accepting payments
