Japanese Speaking B2B Inside Sales Rep / Sales Development Rep

Headquartered in Sydney, Australia, SalesPond has offices in nine countries worldwide. This role will be located in our Sydney office.

Your role will be:

- Working with our small team to qualify clients over the phone using leads provided by our clients or our internal database.
- Set up meetings for clients to meet your goals.
- Database management.
- Execute outbound calls.
- Participate in career development training.
- Position in inside sales and lead generation with growth opportunities.

Must-haves:

- Proven experience in: telemarketing, sales B2B and/or outbound calling.
- Awareness of IT or experience from IT company.
- Fluency in Japanese and English at Business Level
- Confidence in utilizing computers and new softwares.
- No reluctance in making outbound calls to prospective leads.

Salary:
- From $26.00 per hour + Super

Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
