Various Roles - Casual Pool - Disability/Community/Recreation Support($25 - $34.99 per hour)

We are a growing organisation supporting individuals with disability including individuals with physical/mental disabilities, adolescents, and older people. We are searching for committed, professional, and compassionate individuals to join our team of quality support workers with the further opportunities for permanent and innovative project-based roles. We employ individuals who reflect our company morals and values, who can understand the diversities of our participant needs, and who want to ensure a high quality of support is delivered in working as a team. Qualifications & experience

Desirable: Experience in Disability/Community support/individual support and/or other relevant experience (allied health, healthcare, social services, teaching/learning experience highly regarded)
A current First Aid CPR Certificate.
A Working with children's check (WWCC)
A current Police Check
A commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs, skills, abilities and personal goals of people living with disabilities.
Tasks & responsibilities

Develop/enhance: participant skills, identify areas of increased support, and opportunities for services to help achieve participant's goals.
Assist participants with accessing their social community to engage with their friends and social groups to promote a healthier lifestyle.
