Hello! Ramen Shogun, located in Ultimo, is currently looking for a passionate Main Chef
to join our multicultural and respectful team.

Our team consists of Korean, Japanese and Thai staff members who work together in a supportive environment. If you are looking for a place where you can grow and work with great people, we’d love to hear from you!

1. Position: Main Chef
Pay Rate: Weekdays $35+ / Saturdays $43.75+

Hours: 4–6 days a week (Split shifts: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM & 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

Requirements: * Minimum 1 years of full-time commercial kitchen experience as a chef

Strong sense of responsibility.

Respectful attitude towards colleagues.

Note: Prior experience in Ramen is not required; full training will be provided.
