主な仕事内容

• 居住者とクライアントの福祉と安全に責任を負います。
• 居住者とクライアントが動き回るのを支援し、必要に応じて車椅子を支援します
• 必要に応じて、顔や手の洗浄など、一般的な個人衛生を支援します。
• 施設への案内/支援、物理的なサポートの提供、衣服の調整、プロセスを完了するために必要なすべての支援など、トイレのあらゆる側面を支援します。

• オーストラリアで使用できる運転免許
• Certificate III in Individual Supportがある方/Certificate III in Ageingがある方/取得する意思がある方
• 英語：中級
• 責任感、やる気のある方
• 周囲と積極的にコミュニケーションが取れる方
• インフルエンザの予防接種を必ず済ませなければなりません/取得する意思がある方
• 明るく前向きに業務に取り組める方

• エイジドケアの施設で働いた経験のお持ちの方望ましいが必須ではありません。
• 虚弱な高齢者や挑戦的な行動をとる人々、および認知症、発達障害、精神疾患などの障害に取り組むことへの強いコミットメント
• 人種、宗教、性別、社会的または経済的背景に関係なく、すべての消費者に公平なサービスを提供する能力
• 最小限の監督でチームの一員として働く能力
• 円滑なコミュニケーションスキルと丁寧な接客スキルをお持ちの方。

Uniting is looking for a Care Service Worker for a fun and challenging role.

Location: Lilyfield

Main duties.

- Responsible for the welfare and safety of residents and clients.
- Assist residents and clients to move around and assist with wheelchairs as required
- Assists with general personal hygiene, including face and hand washing as required.
- Assist with all aspects of toileting, including guiding/assisting to facilities, providing physical support, adjusting clothing and all assistance required to complete the process.

Requirements.
- Driving licence valid for use in Australia.
- Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III in Ageing / willing to obtain.
- English: Intermediate level
- Responsible and self-motivated.
- Able to communicate positively with others.
- Flu vaccination must be completed/ willing to obtain.
- A cheerful and positive attitude towards work.

Qualifications, skills and experience.
- Previous experience of working in an aged care setting desirable but not essential.
- Strong commitment to working with frail older people and those with challenging behaviour and disabilities such as dementia, developmental disabilities and mental illness.
- Ability to provide equitable services to all consumers regardless of race, religion, gender, social or economic background
- Ability to work as part of a team with minimal supervision
- Smooth communication skills and courteous customer service skills.
