About the Role

As our People & Performance Consultant, you'll play a key role in bringing Domain's people initiatives to life. You'll partner closely with leadership teams and cross-functional groups to execute talent and performance frameworks, manage diverse employee relations matters, and champion organizational change.

What you'll be doing,

Engaging directly with business leaders, acting as a critical link between HR strategy and practical execution.

Collaborating with People Experience, Employee Relations, and Shared Services to deliver holistic solutions.

Driving change management initiatives to enhance adaptability and resilience across teams.


What We're Looking For

Confident facilitator, adept at influencing senior stakeholders and delivering engaging learning experiences.

Skilled in change management, able to lead transformational projects and navigate evolving business contexts.

Data-driven, with experience leveraging analytics for informed decision-making.
