Childcare Educator – Full-Time or Part-Time or Casual

We are a friendly and multicultural childcare centre in Artarmon, NSW, seeking a caring, reliable and enthusiastic Childcare Educator to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Applicants from all cultural backgrounds are welcome. An understanding or appreciation of Japanese culture would be an advantage but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality care and education to children
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
Support each child’s learning, development and wellbeing
Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Complete observations and learning documentation
Maintain a safe, clean and organised environment
Follow the National Quality Framework and centre policies
About You
Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or currently studying towards one
Current Working with Children Check
First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, or willingness to obtain them
Good communication and teamwork skills
Caring, reliable and passionate about working with children
Able to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Previous childcare experience is preferred
