We are looking for an experienced Sushi Maker to join our Sushi Bar team at Hawthorn IGA.

Position: Part-time or Casual
Days: 2–3 weekdays per week or more
Trading hours: 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
Location: 102 Burwood Road, Hawthorn VIC

Pay Rates:
• Part-time: $27.81/hr + super + leave entitlements (annual leave & sick leave)
• Casual: $34.76/hr + super

Sushi-making experience is preferred.

We are looking for someone who:
• Has good knowledge of different types of sushi and sushi-rolling techniques
• Can work quickly and accurately
• Works well as part of a team
• Is available during our business hours
• Is flexible with shifts
