Kirribilliにある”藍の屋日本食レストラン”では経験のある料理人を募集してます。

場所はTown Hall 駅から２つ目の駅”Milsons point"から徒歩３分です。

ローカルのお客様でにぎわい、働きやすい環境で創作料理に興味がある方は学びチャレンジもできます。

寿司は出来なくても結構です。まじめに長く勤めてくれる方大歓迎です。

Ainoya is a Japanese Restaurant located in Kirribilli NSW. We are known for our traditional and modern Japanese fusion cuisine and we are a favourite amongst local Japanese food lovers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cook or chef who is skilled and experienced in Japanese food to join our team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate should be able to perform the following duties and responsibilities:

1.       Handle fish and ingredients for sushi preparation and cooking our range of food

2.       Plan menu and special dishes with Chef including design new types of sushi rolls

3.       Estimate food and beverage costs

4.       Examine food materials to ensure quality and preserve

5.       Portion control and quantities for plating including garnishes and sauces to minimise food waste;

6.       Ensure sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas comply with OH&S

 

To join our team, you will have:

·         At least 1 year experience as a cook in Japanese food

·         Ability to be a team player

·         Ability to speak Japanese (preferably)

·         Full work rights

 

Remuneration ranges from $50,000 - $57,000 p.a and commensurate with experience.
