Own Key: You will have 3keys as your own which are your room key, our unit door key and our building front door key

FULLY furnitured Own room: closet, study desk and desk light, make up table with huge full body mirror, own laundry dry hanger in your room (we have backyard laundry hanger as well), sofa, drawer shelf next to bed, queen-size bed, sunshine window with curtain 

Owner is friendly Australian and italian cuisine chef. So you may try nice foods sometimes :) And it's foreign share so it's good for you if you would like to speak in English.
Total 4people live in this unit including you and 3bed rooms.

Location: It's in Ashfield and from station to home, it takes only 1minute by walk so safe for woman and there's no noise as it's not next to train.

Home abound: Big shopping centre is close to our home takes only 3 minutes by walk. -> Wool worth, coles, aldi, k-mart as well as cheap fruit market, post-office, bakery, main banks and lots of shops. Great free library also just next to shopping centre. Convenient to live !

Offer Everything welcomely free: Rice, Laundry, Electricity, unlimited fast internet, tissue rolls, own key

These all include good 170$/week own room because we'd like to live with good new girl :) 

Our room mate is going back to home Japan on 11/5/2014 so room is available from 12/5/2014
