becareful when renting your room, please make sure you have done background check of that person.
I rented my room to a 35 year old lady and everything went very nice and well, i trusted this person that i do not even collect rent payment until past one month from her. How ever Upon moving out final inspection of the room i noticed a broken curtain rod so i talk about this to her, she refuse to pay for fixing cost and her and her 22 year old boyfriend even threaten me and my family (i have a young baby) so in this case i reported to police so i can be protected, anyhow upon agreement she should pay for damage but i return all of her bond instead because i do not want headache.
She even bullied one of her flatmate during her stay, i got the poor lady’s statement. Yes i did rent to most Japanese community because i feel the most comfortable and i can trust the community, i can even show you my ex-flatmates who will vouch for my statement and for my character during their stay.
