We are looking for a housemate for a master bedroom in an apartment within a 5-minute walking distance from West Ryde Station. We are a gay couple 32 and 29 years old, both are korean, I am easy going and my partner is quiet and friendly.
Your gender/age doesn't matter for us. The rent includes bills and internet. Rice is also provided. 
A deposit (2 weeks worth), key deposit ($150), 2 months minimum stay, and 2 weeks' notice are required.

The location is super convenient. Coles is on the ground floor, and within walking distance, you'll find asian grocery stores, gyms, laundry, post office, Woolworths, butcher shop, cafes, library etc. The accessibility is excellent, making it a comfortable place to live.

Smokers will be politely declined. We want to live with someone who can maintain a good relationship by respecting each other's space and rules in the house.
