hi.. I have Master room available from 6 May 2014 for couple $430 or 3 ppl for $450 pw. Our room is full furnished, have own bathroom and wardrobe. All bills (electricity, water, gas, unlimited internet) included. Also can have 2 own keys. Bond 2 weeks are required.

Facilities we have such as gym and swimming pool. Located in Kent street sydney 2000 very just 100m walk to Town Hall station.

Looking for tidy and clean person to live with us (3 ppl) so total will be 6ppl if you guys come in 3ppl.
