International Recruitment Manager – Education

ECA Group of colleges is seeking an ambitious sales and marketing professional to join the ELICOS and VET division, based in the Sydney campus.

ECA Group operates a range of colleges across the ELICOS, VET and higher education sectors in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. The group enrolls more than 7,000 students each year from all parts of the world.
The Sydney campus offers a full range of programs across all sectors and we are now looking for an International Recruitment Manager to join our team.

- About the position
International Recruitment Manager – Asia (essential fluid in Japanese written and Spoken)
The International Recruitment Manager will assume responsibility for international student recruitment for ECA Group of colleges with a particular focus on the ELICOS and VET divisions.
Recruitment is predominantly via agency partners so the International Recruitment Manager will maintain and create solid relationships with a range of partners both onshore and offshore.
The successful candidate will represent ECA Group, assist applicants through the enrolment process, develop strong relationships with agency staff and help ECA continue its growth trajectory.
The International Recruitment Manager will work as part of a team responsible for the recruitment of students into a range of colleges within the group.

- About the right person
You will be a graduate with a proven track record in sales and business development in the international education sector.
You will have good agency contacts from some or all of the following markets:
Korea
Japan
Thailand
Indonesia
Taiwan
Other Asian markets

You will be able to demonstrate strength in the following areas:
Agent relationship management, including training and support
Negotiation skills at all levels
Student Liaison
Written and spoken communication
Market and competitor research
Customer service
Social media marketing
