勤務時間
ランチ　10:00-15:00
ディナー16:00-20:30

勤務時間は曜日によって変更があります。
メインの勤務がランチなのでランチに多く入れる方を探しています。

採用条件によりますが週10-20時間働ける方でなるべく長く働ける方を探しています。

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Full-Time (FOH, Kitchen or All-rounder) to join our team and support the daily operations of our store, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities (Kitchen)

Prepare and assemble sushi rolls and other menu items to company standards (experience in roll-making highly regarded)
Support kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and packing
All duties performed in the Kitchen must be carried out in accordance with the Company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Recipes, and under the supervision and direction of the Kitchen Manager. Employees must not exercise independent discretion in recipe formulation or production planning.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
Support daily operations in a fast-paced team environment
Key Responsibilities (Front of House)

Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take orders and serve food and beverages to tables
Process payments accurately using POS system
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the dining area
Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly in accordance with liquor licensing requirements
Shifts & Availability

Full-Time role, average of 38 ordinary hours per week (5 days per week)
Flexible availability required, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings
Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable
Pay & Conditions

Pay rates are in accordance with the Restaurant Industry Award 2020.
Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development.
Requirements

Must hold valid Australian working rights
Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
[FOH Only] Must be 18 years of age or over & hold a valid RSA certificate
[Kitchen Only] Relevant kitchen experience is a plus (or Food Safety certificate if required)

Please note: The hourly rate shown below is based on the applicable Adult rate under the Restaurant Industry Award 2020. Junior rates apply separately in accordance with the Award.
