About Us
Japan City is the largest Japanese Concept Store in Australia combining Japanese restaurant and a gift shop under the same roof. We are looking for a full time / part-time Kitchen staff at Top Ryde.

About the role
Duties will be food preparation, making simple dishes, keeping kitchen area clean and assisting chef.
Our main dishes are seafood donburies, udons, bento boxes, sashimi and salads etc.

Ideal candidate will have
*Minimum 1 year Experience in Japanese Restaurant
*Confidence on working in a fast paced kitchen
*Responsibility, reliability and good teamwork Required
*Flexibility to work 4 ~ 5 days ( Preferred availability on Tues, Thurs , Fri, Sat and Sun )

Wage will be decided depending on individual's experience, visa and availability ( starting from $28 ~ $30 on weekdays + Weekends Penalty + Superannuation + annual leave ).

Working hours will be 8:30-15:30 for Lunch, 17:00-21:30 for Dinner (Thur/Fri/Sat).
