今回募集するお部屋は、清潔で快適な住まいをお探しの方にぴったりです。

【立地】
・ダーリングハーバーから徒歩3分
・カフェ、レストラン、アジア系スーパー、ライトレール駅もすぐ近く
・Coles、The Star、パークまでは徒歩5分

【お部屋】
・ダブルベッド、スマートTV、ワードローブ、ベッドサイドテーブル、本棚付き
・マットレスは安いスプリングタイプではなく、硬めで寝心地の良いものを使用しています

【バスルーム】
・お部屋の外にありますが、専用のバスルームとなります

【家賃・デポジット】
・週$560
・入居時には2週間分の家賃 + 2週間分のデポジット（退去時は2週間前通知が必要）

【入居可能日】
・4月1日から入居可能です

This room is good for who is looking for a clean and comfortable accommodation.

** location: 3 mins from Darling harbour, cafe, restaurant,
Asian mart, light rail,,,
5 mins from Coles, the star, park,,,

** room: double bed, smart TV, wardrob, bed side table, book shelves
=> mattress is not cheap spring mattress but hard and comfortable.

** bath room: outside of the room but own bathroom

** deposit/rent(for room)
