This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment, with three to four residents in total. ( As of July 16th: 1 KR, 1 AUS, 1 DUT)
The room is furnished with a queen bed and a desk set, and the apartment offers a clean, comfortable living space.

Rent and Bond:
• $255 per week (all included),
• Bond: $500 per person
• Payment terms: 4-week rent cycle, 2-week notice, minimum stay of 3 months
