Room for rent in Thrupp Street, Neutral Bay, Sydney 2089 (9 min walk to Neutral Bay Wharf & 12 min walk to Bus Stop that goes to the City)
$300/week including electricity & wifi
2 weeks bond and 1 week advanced rent required

We’re looking for a non-smoker, clean and organised Japanese female housemate.

You’ll be sharing a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with an easy going, full time working couple. Marga is a Filipina pastry chef. I like to relax at home when I’m not working, go to gym, and sometimes have coffee out with friends. Kornel is an Aussie electrician. I go out once a week for a run and have dinner with my mates. We both love anything Japanese-people, country and food!

We request to keep our home clean and ensure that all the power is switched off before going out or going to bed. House rules can be discussed and negotiated later. If you have any question or request please don’t hesitate to let us know!
