アパートはフィッシュマーケットのライトレール駅から徒歩30秒、フィッシュマーケットまで徒歩3分の場所にあります。アパートの目の前には徒歩2分で行けるウールワースがあり、周りにはカフェやレストラン、パブが多くありますが、賑やかすぎることはありません。また、徒歩10分以内には海や公園があり、散歩やジョギングにも最適です。ピアモントのゆったりとした生活をお楽しみいただけます。

家は一般家庭ですが、共働きの夫婦で家にいる時間はあまり長くありません。シェアハウスに比べて、安全で清潔に保たれています。

部屋にはシングルベッド、机、そしてクローゼットが備わっています。バスルームはすぐ隣にあり、専用です。

リビングルームやキッチンは自由にご利用いただけます。アパート内にはプール、ジム、スパ、サウナがあり、専用の鍵で利用可能です。


シェア代は週400ドルで、光熱費込みです。2週間分のボンドと2週間前通知が必要です。入居時には2週間分の家賃を前払いしていただきます。

Looking for a roommate to share a second bedroom in a Pyrmont apartment.

The apartment is just a 30-second walk from the Fish Market Light Rail station and a 3-minute walk to the Fish Market. There’s a Woolworths supermarket just 2 minutes away on foot, and the area has plenty of cafes, restaurants, and pubs, though it’s not overly crowded. Within a 10-minute walk, you’ll find the ocean and parks, perfect for walking or jogging. You can enjoy the relaxed lifestyle of Pyrmont.

The apartment is a regular family home, but since we are a working couple, we’re not home often. It’s safer and more cleanly maintained compared to a typical share house.

The room has a single bed, desk, and built-in wardrobe. The bathroom is right next to the room and is for your exclusive use.

You’re welcome to use the living room and kitchen freely. The apartment also has a pool, gym, spa, and sauna, all accessible with a private key.


Rent is $400 per week, including utilities. We require a 2-week bond and 2-week notice period. Rent is to be paid 2 weeks in advance upon move-in.
