Dozo Wagyu House, located in the centre of St Leonards, Sydney lower north shore, offering premium wagyu and Japanese cuisine, is seeking the following team members led by our renown Head Chef:
Sushi Chef x 1
Japanese Cuisine Chef x 2 Yakiniku Butcher Chef x 1
As the ideal candidates for these roles, some qualities we seek include:
· Previous 3 years + experience in a similar position within Japanese or Asian restaurant
· Knowledge of all kitchen operations, quality assurance and OH&S
· Creative and a keen eye for details
· Excellent communication skills in a busy and hectic kitchen environment
· Ability to cook a variety of Japanese or similar cuisines
· A hands on attitude and the ability to instil good work ethic and values
